Refund Policy – LoveAngel Wellness & Consulting
At LoveAngel Wellness & Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-value coaching experiences that support your personal and professional growth. Because coaching requires both time and mutual commitment, the following refund policy applies:
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
At LoveAngel Wellness & Consulting, I value your time and the commitment you are making to your growth and development. To ensure fairness and respect for both your schedule and mine, the following cancellation policy applies to all coaching and consulting sessions:
1. Appointment Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session. This allows the opportunity for another client to take the available time slot.
2. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a late cancellation and will be subject to a 50% session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the discretion of LoveAngel Wellness & Consulting.
3. No-Shows:
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice, the session will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will be charged.
4. Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is allowed with proper notice (24 hours or more). Every effort will be made to accommodate your request within the current coaching schedule.
5. Refunds:
Due to the nature of coaching services, no refunds will be issued for sessions or packages once services have commenced. For prepaid packages, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed coaching timeline.
